Job Specifics
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and/or chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Once approved, you will choose a company to work for and undergo a training period with them.
After certification, you will have the opportunity to select your own schedule and begin earning. We are available Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm for assistance or to answer any questions
Essential Job Requirements
Must be 18 or older
You must be 18 or older because there are certain agreements you must agree to before working with Corporate Connect Center. As an agent with us you MUST understand that you are not a W2 employee but a 1099 independent contractor.
This means that you will not have taxes withheld from your check and will need to keep track of your earnings when filing for taxes.
Please note that the only fee that will be taken from your taxes is $49.99 fee for payroll systems, platform use, etc.
Must be a U.S resident and citizen
In addition to being a U.S resident, agents must be located in qualifying states to work with corporate connect center. If you live in the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, DC, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin you are not able to apply using your address at this time.
Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
In order to remain an active agent on the platform you must work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Otherwise, you will be deemed inactive and no longer eligible to work for us.
For this position you will earn anywhere from 10$-20$ an hour.
